In other words, Canadians cannot move freight, people, or services within the United States. If Canadians move freight, people or services across the border into the United States, they must bring freight, people or services back into Canada.
As a Canadain, moving people, freight or services between points in the United States is illegal and if caught, you could be put in jail.
